I feel so helpless when the cat starts meowing. I'm working from home, concentrating -- but screw that, meow! An insistent and continuous, repetitive meowing. Over and over again -- "I'll wear 'em down eventually." And what, exactly, can I do?

That's where it starts. I'm putting pressure on myself not to be angry at the cat...
