Someone told me "Forgiveness is for the forgiver."

And I see the logic of that. I'm holding on to my anger over an argument online. Now I'm trying to tell myself that it wasn't me who was being attacked - since they'd described something I hadn't done. And at least I got a chance to say my piece, so things are better in that sense.

I still worry that guy is hanging on to his anger. But I guess the other piece of this is: I have expectations that are probably a little high about how I expect to be treated.
