I can't get over how mad I am. Why does this happen?

I miss the days when my friends or my girlfriend seemed to understand everything. In high school, we we were all trapped, yes, but in exactly the same situation.

Or maybe I've just surrendered that naive delusion.

Or maybe I need to be more in touch with myself before I can interface with others.

I just feel I'm getting worse instead of better.
